Executive Biographies

Edward T. Botti

During 2005, Ed Botti co-founded BC Compliance Group, LLC merging his former company Progressive Economic Concepts, Inc., (founded in 1994) with Rob Connolly’s expertise in contract compliance, taxation and unclaimed property.  Ed began his business career as an accountant on Wall Street and eventually a Collateralized Mortgage Obligation auditor and portfolio manager for one of Wall Street most prestigious investment bankers.

Ed's entrepreneurial spirit led to the formation of an auditing group serving the business community. Within a short period of time, Mr. Botti was providing Real Estate Accounting services for Manhattan office tenants in landmark New York properties on Wall Street, Madison Avenue, Park Avenue and in The World Trade Center.  By 1997, Mr. Botti expanded his practice, and was retained by nationwide retailers and large New York City Metropolitan Area hospitals recovering millions of dollars for his clients.
 

  Robert F. Connolly, MST

During 2005, Rob Connolly, formed BC Compliance Group, LLC by merging his expertise with that of his partner’s former firm, Progressive Economic Concepts, LLC.  Their combined knowledge, expertise and integrity provide an average of 14 plus years of experience and dedication to their clients.  Rob and his team are centrally located in Matawan, NJ and are focused on providing expense recovery, reduction and management services in the areas of contract compliance, real estate accounting, unclaimed property and taxation utilizing a “risk-free benefit sharing model”.  In addition to our in house services, over the years BCCG has developed relationships with similar high quality professionals that provide similar services in the areas of accounts payable and telecommunication.

Over the past 12 plus years, Rob has specialized in the field of state and local taxation, contract compliance, unclaimed property and problem resolution.  Rob has serviced clients in a wide variety of industries including Technology, Manufacturing, Transportation, Retail, Financial and Health Care.  He and the professionals that he has aligned himself with have been highly successful, both domestically and internationally, in working with clients to help them realize millions of dollars in recoveries and guiding them to also realize the future benefits of these savings.

Rob most recently founded and served as the Managing Director of Contract Compliance and Taxation for an international earnings enhancement firm.  Rob’s prior experience includes serving as a Tax Manager for various regional and Big 5 accounting firms, as well as working within industry for a Dutch multi-national corporation.

Rudolf B. Weber, CPA

Rudolf “Rudy” B. Weber has worked in the field of accounting since 1990.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kean University in 1989.  Rudy’s varied expertise includes private and not-for-profit auditing, forensic auditing, and real estate accounting with an emphasis on tenant specific services.  Notable clients include the National Science Foundation, New York City Health and Hospital, the Fund for Armenian Relief, and the United States Departments of Agriculture and Labor.  

In addition to his accounting and financial expertise, Rudy has also worked in the fields of hospitality and hotel and restaurant management.  He earned an Associate’s Degree from Paul Smith’s College of the Adirondaks and a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University. Rudy brings a wealth of expertise to his work and draws on the diverse knowledge he has acquired from the different areas in which he has worked.
