analysis, our staff provides an in depth report that provides a
detailed listing of the issues that were identified during our
analysis, as well as the results of our negotiations. Many times our
reports will also incorporate best practices/policies, realistic
recommendations and/or cost reduction strategies designed to support
management’s direction. In addition, by working with our client’s
management and their team we indirectly provide them with the
insights and knowledge of our particular reviews that allow them to
assist in preventing future discrepancies and/or maintaining the
achieved reduction in costs.
